Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor in Glen Carbon, IL. You will partner with field staff and leaders to support patients served by our Hospice program and ensure high-quality, team-based care.

We look for an RN or BSN with current state licensing, 2+ years in Hospice, and 1+ year supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of Hospice regulations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or BSN with current state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Familiarity with Hospice regulations to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met.
• Ensure case management guidelines are followed by each team member.
• Assign patients to multidisciplinary team and adjust schedules as needed.
• Serve as the first line for resolution of staff concerns and issues.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff including recruiting, orientation, and reviews.
