Job summary

Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to coordinate hospice care delivery and supervise the care team. You will educate staff on clinical practice, regulatory updates, and reimbursement changes, while orienting new employees.

As a clinical supervisor, you’ll be a key member of the care team, ensuring the highest quality patient care with support from leadership and opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

• Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for hospice patients.
• Oversee care team and provide education/training related to clinical practice, regulation and reimbursement changes, and orient new staff.
• Serve as a key care team member to ensure the highest quality patient care.
