Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to partner with field staff and leaders, ensuring productive clinical teams. The role emphasizes case management, staff development, and strong regulatory compliance to maintain high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has hospice and supervisory experience, and will guide staff through training, scheduling, and performance reviews to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Hospice experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Familiarity with Hospice operation regulations.
• Active RN license in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are met.
• Ensure case management guidelines are followed by the team.
• Assign patients to the multidisciplinary team and adjust schedules.
• Serve as the first line for staff concerns and issues.
• Train, mentor staff including orientation, recruitment, and reviews.
• Communicate with leadership on quality improvement and issues.
• Develop staff to meet safety and competency requirements.
