Job summary

Innovive Health in Lawrence, MA is looking for a Weekend Baylor RN to partner with the clinical team and deliver skilled nursing care at patients' homes under physician orders and clinical director oversight.

Weekend schedule is Saturday and Sunday 12pm-8pm. You will assess patients, develop plans of care, administer meds, coordinate with pharmacies, and educate patients and families to support safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification required.
• NCLEX passed.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher; diploma/associate acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and case management for home health patients.
• Assess patient status, update plan of care, and communicate changes to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; maintain medication profiles.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and other providers to ensure timely care.
• Educate patients and families on self-care, medications, and safety.
• Supervise Home Health Aide and LPN performance; ensure quality of care.
