Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home care. This part-time role covers weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) in the Anchorage area, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to assess patients and implement care plans under physician orders.

The RN will conduct assessments, document care, and support families while adhering to nursing standards and the Nurse Practice Act. BLS certification is required along with an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Required - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Preferred - 1 year recent experience in home health or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Deliver and document interventions under physician-ordered Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care team.
• Maintain accurate charting and compliance with Nurse Practice Act.
