Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time weekend RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. The role requires Saturday and Sunday availability and adherence to the physician's orders and the care plan.

You will educate the patient and family, coordinate with the health care team, and ensure care quality. Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education and hold an active nursing license in the state.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services and follow the physician’s orders and the plan of care.
• Teach patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Ensure compliance with the established plan of care and safety protocols.
