Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to administer skilled care to patients in the home setting. The role requires weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible scheduling, and you will educate patients and families while following the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice (RN).
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care.
