Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to administer skilled care to patients in the home setting. The role requires working Saturdays and Sundays with a flexible schedule and adherence to the plan of care as directed by the physician.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, licensed in the practicing state, and have at least one year of professional experience, plus basic technology skills including mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
