Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend Registered Nurse to provide skilled home health services. The role requires weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) and entails administering care per physician orders and the plan of care, while coordinating with patients, families, and care teams.

The ideal candidate has an RN license in the applicable state, with at least one year of professional experience and comfort using mobile technology in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
