The role includes orientation on weekdays before weekend deployments, company equipment, and mileage reimbursement. Prior nursing experience is not required beyond licensure and capacity to supervise allied staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited RN program.
• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in Virginia or a compact state; must have valid driver's license.
• Keyboarding skills for automated computer systems and EMR; strong growth and development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care and individualized care for patients of all ages.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimum outcomes.
• Document age-specific admissions and ongoing assessments to support the plan of care.
• Collaborate with scheduling, billing, and other departments to support care coordination and communication of patient financial obligations.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides as required by regulatory guidelines.
• Perform OASIS and recertification visits as needed.
