Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice
• Current driver?s license and vehicle insurance or access to dependable transportation
• Preferred CPR certification within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient’s functional status and physical therapy needs
• Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws and the plan of care
• Observes and reports patient response to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising nurse/physician
• Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum functioning
