Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and mail in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Assist with special events and programming, including planning and coordinating logistics.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive environment.
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as needed.
