Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Health Services Scheduler at Riderwood Village in Silver Spring, MD. The role coordinates staff schedules, processes payroll-related information, and prepares productivity reports to support workforce management.

The position requires weekend availability, proficiency with HRIS systems, and strong organizational skills. Compensation ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or scheduling experience is required.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication, scheduling, and administrative skills.
• Weekend only availability (Saturday & Sunday - 9:00am-5:30pm).
• Flexible availability for training for the first two-weeks (Mon-Fri: 7am-5:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reorganize schedules to correspond with immediate staffing needs
• Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees
• Send all pay-end reports in a timely and accurate fashion
• Effectively communicate with current staff and applicants by telephone, written correspondence, email, and/or oral communication when dealing with staffing and payroll issues
• Create daily and monthly reports on staffing productivity
• Assist in the maintenance of open position reports
