Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD seeks a Part-Time Health Services Scheduler to coordinate staff schedules, handle payroll-related information, and prepare productivity reports in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role requires weekend availability (Sat/Sun 9:00am–5:30pm) and strong organizational skills; flexibility for training during the first two weeks is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of secretarial or scheduling experience is required.
• Proficiency in computers, HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG), and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Strong communication, scheduling, and administrative skills.
• Weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday 9:00am–5:30pm).
• Flexible availability for training during the first two weeks (Mon-Fri 7am–5:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reorganize schedules to meet staffing needs.
• Organize and implement a new procedure for contingent employees.
• Send all pay-end reports timely and accurately.
• Communicate with staff and applicants by phone, email, or mail on staffing and payroll issues.
• Create daily and monthly staffing productivity reports.
• Maintain open position reports and updates.
