Avamere at South Hill in Spokane, WA is seeking a part-time Receptionist for weekend days. The role requires greeting visitors, answering phones, and performing light clerical tasks to support campus operations and resident well-being.

The ideal candidate has clerical experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a compassionate approach to elder care are essential.

Competenze

• One or more years of clerical experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
• Must maintain a high standard of confidentiality and honesty.

Mansioni

• Warmly welcome visitors, residents, and staff and direct them as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure prompt communication.
• Answer questions about the facility, resident status, services, and general information.
• Handle mail, packages, deliveries, scheduling, and light clerical duties.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors and appointments and protect sensitive information.
