Capitol Distributing is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Warehouse & Fulfillment Clerk in Caldwell, Idaho. The role supports customer orders and general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, replenishment, and inventory organization.

The position requires 20–25 hours weekly with weekend availability, early morning to evening shifts, and a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork. Includes bonus potential and 401k options, with various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Ability to use an electronic scanner to locate and pick products.
• Understanding of warehouse mapping and product locations.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication with coworkers, leads, and supervisors.
• Ability to work part-time 20–25 hours per week and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately to fill customer orders.
• Use electronic scanners to locate, pick, and fulfill orders.
• Place products into totes and package items correctly.
• Place totes and full-case items onto sorting belts for the Loading team.
• Assist the Order Selection team and other warehouse areas as needed.
• Communicate with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to maintain workflow.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.
• Safely replenish products throughout the warehouse.
• Rotate products using FIFO and replenish inventory slots.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and keep areas organized.
• Follow safety, security, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
