Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse fulfillment and distribution operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to balance personal productivity with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to coach employees while maintaining operational performance.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment or become certified on required equipment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working lead by performing Fulfillment Clerk duties while maintaining leadership responsibilities.
• Meet or exceed individual productivity and quality expectations.
• Lead by example through consistent performance and professionalism.
• Help maintain efficient workflow throughout assigned areas.
• Monitor workflow with emphasis on the Production team.
• Communicate staffing needs and organizational challenges to Supervisors.
• Assist in balancing labor resources as priorities change during shifts.
• Recognize bottlenecks and help implement solutions to maintain production flow.
• Serve as primary resource for Fulfillment Clerks during daily operations.
• Coach employees on productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
• Promote teamwork and cross‑department collaboration.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions immediately and maintain clean areas.
