The Alaska Club is seeking a friendly Nordic Spa Attendant to warmly welcome members and guests, manage reservations, payments, and contribute to a relaxing spa experience.

You will oversee the spa booking system, answer calls, assist with retail products, and maintain a clean front desk. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

This role includes Saturdays and Sundays from 1pm to 8pm, offering opportunities for growth in a tranquil wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or reception role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with scheduling software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, manage reservations and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about spa services and amenities.
• Efficiently manage the spa's booking system and phone inquiries.
• Assist with retail sales of exclusive spa products.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
• Conduct regular checks of pool and spa areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and chemical balance.
