Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and reliability required.
• Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Answers calls within three rings and directs call appropriately in a professional manner.
• Utilizes paging system professionally.
• Greets and assists visitors, patients and vendors; ensures sign-in on Visitor Sign-In Sheet.
• Assists units with coordination of visitors, paging and administrative tasks.
• Codes and inputs daily charges accurately and performs filing/customer chart organization as needed.
• Files paperwork in patient files promptly and accurately.
