Job summary

Bear Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to support front desk operations. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays with an 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM schedule, handling phones, greeter duties, and basic clerical tasks.

You will assist visitors, manage sign-in logs, and coordinate room bookings in a patient-focused environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and prior receptionist experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors with a friendly demeanor.
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
• Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Inform other employees of visitors’ arrivals and cancellations.
• Maintain visitor sign-in log.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
