Job summary

Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center is seeking a weekend receptionist to join our dedicated team. The role involves answering phones, directing visitors, basic typing, and maintaining administrative tasks in a long-term care setting.

This part-time weekend position offers weekly pay, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and benefits including paid time, insurance options, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a clerical position or completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited school/college (preferred).
• Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proper phone etiquette.
• Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to appropriate areas.
• General typing and secretarial functions.
• Distribute paychecks per policy and procedure.
• Receive and direct incoming mail and deliveries appropriately.
• Demonstrate correct safety techniques.
• Respect and take care of facility equipment and supplies.
• Contribute to and promote resident and family relations.
• Protect residents' health information per Privacy Practice.
