AOM Healthcare is hiring a Receptionist for weekends in Ohio. The role covers Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with duties spanning guest greeting, directing visitors, handling calls, and providing information in person and by phone/email.

The ideal candidate has front desk or office experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and computer skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk, administrative, and office experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy with supplies.
• Provide information in-person, on phone, and via email.
• Maintain office security and issue visitor badges.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
