Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team for Saturday/Sunday shifts from 8am to 8pm. The role involves front-desk reception, greeting visitors, answering calls, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate office or resident room.
• Answer telephone and determine nature of call to route appropriately.
• Receive inquiries and release information per policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow the receptionist schedule and policies.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required and route calls.
• Maintain current resident listings, room numbers, and on-call personnel.
• Greet visitors and assist with directions, beverages, and access as needed.
• Ensure guests comply with facility rules and reject access per policy.
• Document and report suspicious persons or information to supervisor.
• Perform general administrative duties including typing, filing, mail handling, and office equipment use.
