Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Copper Hills Youth Center in West Jordan, Utah, seeks a part-time receptionist for weekend shifts to greet visitors, screen calls, and support staff. The role supports adolescents aged 12–17 in a secure residential behavioral health setting, with duties including message delivery and visitor direction.

Responsibilities

• Obtain telephone caller's name and direct to appropriate personnel and/or receive messages and deliver them timely and accurately.
• Direct visitors to destination and record name, time of call, nature of business, and person requested. Includes screening of visitors to make sure they have appropriate clearance to interact with the requested resident.
• Keep a log and schedule of future visitors as well as coordinating with taxi and hotel services, as needed.
• Issues visitor's pass as required.
• Data entry.

Receptionist - Part Time Weekends

Copper Hills Youth Center, located in West Jordan, Utah, is a 24/7 secure residential treatment center (behavioral health) for male and female adolescents aged 12 through 17. We counsel, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Our goal is to provide treatment that results in positive changes, allowing these youth to return to their families and communities.
