Responsibilities

• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center operations and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe and secure lobby environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperation with co-workers and other departments.
• Keep front lobby and desk clean and organized.
• Direct emergency personnel to locations and be the point of contact in emergencies.
• Document significant incidents in the logbook and manage visitor reservations.
