Job summary

The Summit at Sunland Springs in Mesa, AZ is seeking a friendly receptionist for PRN or part-time shifts. Part Time: Saturdays and Sundays 2pm-8pm; PRN: available weekdays and weekends 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer telephones, direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely, clear, concise, and professional manner
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a safe and secure environment, follow established safety standards
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
• Keep front lobby area and front desk clean and organized; etc.
• Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency
• Document in the logbook any significant incidents
• Maintain visitor sign in/out book, reservation book for guest rooms, and completes maintenance work orders
