Qualifications

• Polite, efficient and firm demeanor for busy front desk/security operations.
• Ability to perform diverse tasks with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct or announce arrivals to staff or residents.
• Ensure clients sign in and out as required.
• Route mail and deliveries as needed.
• Assist in crisis intervention when required.
• Follow procedures during emergencies.
• Conduct residence rounds as assigned.
