Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest is seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our Everett nursing facility. The role requires a cheerful, welcoming demeanor and the ability to communicate compassionately with residents, families, and visitors. Prior healthcare receptionist experience is desirable for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as receptionist in healthcare desirable.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Operate paging/telephone system as needed.
• Greet visitors and direct to offices or resident rooms.
• Distribute mail and assist with basic admin tasks.
• Maintain warm, calm environment throughout the facility.
• Ensure visitors follow facility rules.
