Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking a part-time Healthcare Unit Coordinator (HUC) to join our compassionate team. The role supports case managers and nurses by recording and coordinating medical information in accordance with regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient in computer input/output and patient data handling.

Aufgaben

• Record medical and administrative information in charting systems.
• Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records.
• Answer phones, page calls, deliver messages to residents.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes.
• Prepare admission paperwork and update records.
• Maintain census sheets and forward to Medical Records.
• Order supplies and manage unit inventory.
• Maintain logbooks, logs for sign-out, and payroll hours.
