City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a friendly weekend receptionist to be the face and voice of our facility. You will greet visitors, answer calls, screen guests, and assist with light administrative tasks to help our front desk run smoothly.

This part-time position offers a warm San Francisco location, a predictable weekly schedule, and weekend pay between $20.00 and $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and basic computer proficiency.
• Dependable, punctual, compassionate, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, families, vendors and guests with a warm welcome.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to correct departments.
• Screen guests following facility check-in and security protocols.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages daily.
• Assist with light administrative tasks like copying and filing.
