Job summary

North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a part-time Receptionist for Pines Edge Skilled Nursing Facility. The role covers Saturdays and Sundays with every other weekend, 3–11 PM, to greet visitors, answer inquiries, and support daily operations.

You will maintain logs, assist with census data and charting, and help with move-ins/outs while ensuring privacy and HIPAA compliance. A high school diploma and office experience are preferred, with EMR and office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years general office experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer software programs and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage inquiries by phone and in person.
• Maintain sign-in and sign-out logs for residents and staff.
• Assist residents with telephone communication as needed.
• Support census documentation and charting materials.
• Protect resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
