North Hill Needham Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, 16-hour weekend-focused schedule in Needham, MA. The role involves assisting residents with ADLs, meal preparation and serving, and supporting a high-quality, compassionate living environment.

The position requires a MA-approved CNA program and a high school diploma. English communication is essential, with HIPAA compliance and ongoing education a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) course of study documented by an organization approved through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care including activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals and meal delivery.
• Provide personal care and light housekeeping.
• Assist with transportation on campus as needed.
• Follow written plan of care and HIPAA regulations.
• Attend interdisciplinary team and department meetings as required.
• Assist in clinical orientation of new CNAs as requested by management.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete required annual education and training.
