Qualifications

• 3–5 years of activities or programming experience in senior living or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience creating flyers or programs using Canva.
• Ability to engage residents and coordinate events and transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating a variety of activities and events for residents.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars, reminders, flyers, and newsletters.
• Manage supplies for activities and purchase as needed.
• Escort residents to on-site and off-site events.
• Identify upcoming events and organize transportation for outings.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required.
