Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience coordinating activities for seniors or in long-term care is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee a diverse calendar of resident activities and events promoting well-being.
• Coordinate and lead community programs from setup through cleanup.
• Collaborate with staff and residents to create engaging experiences.
• Encourage resident participation and adapt activities for varied interests and abilities.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and timely communication for events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
