Park Nursing Home is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to join the Food and Nutrition Services Team. The role involves planning, organizing, directing and supervising dietary functions and weekend operations to ensure timely, accurate nutritional services for residents based on diet tickets.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of hospital or LTC experience and hold ServSafe or local food handlers certification; CDM certification is a plus. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in Hospital or LTC as a food service supervisor.
• Must be ServSafe or Local food handlers certified, CDM certification highly a plus.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise Food and Nutrition Services on weekends.
• Ensure quality nutritional services are provided on time based on resident diet tickets.
• Maintain department cleanliness and sanitary standards in line with regulations.
• Complete food inventories and ensure refrigerators/freezers temperatures are recorded.
