Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical sheets/documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas.
• Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Move large furniture and objects and follow safety guidelines.
• Keep janitor closet neat, clean, and organized.
• Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for chemicals and equipment.
