Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various maintenance equipment (lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw).
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.

Aufgaben

• Assist Maintenance Director in keeping the building, equipment, and grounds in good working order.
• Perform repairs and routine maintenance tasks such as painting and minor carpentry.
• Test and maintain emergency generator per state/federal requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments and vendors.
• Remain on-call for facility emergencies and participate in fire safety drills.
