Vantage Health and Rehab of Westfield is seeking a part-time Maintenance Assistant to uphold a clean, safe, and functional environment for residents and staff. You will support grounds, building, and equipment upkeep, and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.

The role involves basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, as well as supporting safety audits and life safety records. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with maintenance experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or construction experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
