Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a FAB Machine Operator for weekend shift in North Carolina. The role operates fabrication equipment to produce parts and follows safety and quality guidelines.

Shifts run Friday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with a general hourly rate of $21.00. The position offers hands‑on fabrication work and opportunities to maintain and troubleshoot shop floor machinery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related work authorization.
• Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Receive work assignments from Supervisor.
• Set up operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts according to drawings and work orders.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment for continuous operation.
• Complete necessary paperwork and system transactions.
• Provide on‑the‑job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ duties daily.
