Job summary

Eaton is seeking a FAB Senior Copper Machine Operator for the WKND shift at our Arden, NC location. The role involves operating fabrication machinery, setting up PLC/analog/manual machines, and inspecting parts against specifications.

You will also maintain tools and equipment, complete paperwork, and participate in TPM and 5S+ activities. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be proficient in reading calipers and blueprints, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Must live within 50 miles of Arden, NC facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication operations on raw materials in Fabrication Department.
• Set up operation on PLC-, analog-, or manually controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts and inspect against specs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation.
• Report issues and submit maintenance work orders.
