Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience reading calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility; immigration sponsorship not offered.
• Must be able to work without relocation for this role.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Receive work assignments and follow instructions from Supervisor.
• Set up initial operation on PLC-, analog-, or manually controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions and maintain tools.
• Inspect components against specifications and perform operator maintenance.
• Report abnormalities and submit maintenance work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators and perform TPM and 5S+ daily.
