Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a FAB Machine Operator Press Break – 1st Shift in Arden, NC. The role involves fabricating parts using PLC/Analog/manual machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring quality per work orders.

Salary is $21.00 per hour, with standard safety rules, and opportunities to train new Operators. Candidates must live within 50 miles of Arden and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Experience reading calipers, protractors and tape measures.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• No relocation offered; must live within 50 miles of Arden, NC.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Receive work assignments from Supervisor.
• Perform initial set-up for PLC, Analog, or Manual machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts and inspect against specifications.
• Interpret work orders, Kanban cards and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials for continuous operation.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ duties daily.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
