Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a FAB Machine Operator — Steel Press Brake 19 for the WKND shift. The role is based in the fabrication department and pays $21.00 per hour, with pay aligned to skills and market considerations.

The operator will perform fabrication tasks, set up PLC/Analog/manual controls, inspect parts, and ensure safety, TPM and 5S+ standards are maintained. Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet.
• No immigration sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT allowed.
• No relocation benefits; within 50-mile radius of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication operations on raw materials using metal processing machinery.
• Set up operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts and interpret work orders/drawings.
• Maintain tools, equipment and TPM/5S+ practices.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
