Adecco is assisting a local client in Bardstown, KY to recruit an Events Set Up Coordinator for a temporary role. You will set up and take down events, assist the Event Manager, and ensure a great guest experience.

This position requires weekend availability and physical work including lifting and long periods of standing. Responsibilities include client relations, recording ticket sales, and using ticketing software.

Competenze

• Must be available to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with varying schedule.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in customer service, events, catering or bar services preferred.
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand or bend for long periods.
• Will work 30-37.5 hours per week; attendance on scheduled days.

Mansioni

• Assist and support Event Manager in setting up and breakdown of events, cleaning venues, and customer service with clients.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assist with event details including seating, dining, and guest experience.
• Collect payment from clients and complete event reports.
• Maintain venues before, during, and after events (cleaning, restrooms, laundry, duties).
• Address potential problems calmly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of ticket sales and visitor statistics for reporting.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to stay informed about park policies, safety procedures, and museum history.
