HVMG Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Banquet Set-Up House Person in Louisville, KY to set up, break down, and reset banquet and meeting spaces according to event specs. You will coordinate with the banquet events team to ensure furniture, equipment, and supplies are arranged accurately and safely.

No education minimum is required and no prior experience is necessary. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as

• Ability to read product labels and communicate needs to guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up, break down, and reset banquet and meeting spaces as specified.
• Arrange tables, chairs, and equipment and ensure rooms are clean and guest-ready.
• Work with the banquet/events team and report to Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain.
• Support cross-functional opportunities within hospitality paths as they arise.
