Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, stoop, kneel and bend for long periods.
• Will need to able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Set-up and strike event related equipment such as tables, chairs, portable stages, dance floors and other décor needs.
• Carry out routine maintenance and general clean-up duties during move-in/move-out activities by all vendors.
• Accept direction from the Director of Building Services or Special Events Department.
• Operate small equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hi-lifts and cleaning equipment.
• Seek improved methods for doing jobs more efficiently.
