Job summary

Relentless Beats is seeking a part-time Box Office Associate in Phoenix to sell tickets, monitor entry, and deliver excellent customer service at marquee events. This on-site role demands weekend availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

On-site duties include processing will-call and guestlist pickups, selling tickets, and scanning for entry using our ticketing system. Candidates should be comfortable with computers and ticketing software and willing to work evenings,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least 6 months experience in customer service, box office, retail or similar role.
• Proficiency with computers and ticketing software (as trained).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact with fans and guests attending Relentless Beats events
• Processes will call and guestlist pickup transactions
• Sells tickets via ticket system
• Scans tickets for entry
• Provides friendly customer service to fans and helps troubleshoot when needed
• Other tasks as assigned
