Job summary

Relentless Beats seeks on-site event staff to support guests at Arizona festivals and shows. You will assist attendees, answer questions, and help with directions, lost-and-found, and seating upgrades during events.

Ideal candidates are 21+, with at least 2 years in customer service or retail, and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training on POS and ticketing platforms provided; on-site work at Goldrush/Arizona venues is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Wrstbnd and Tixr ticketing platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist upset customers and escalate to manager when needed.
• Collaborate with team lead to fulfill duties during events.
• Be familiar with festival map and assist guests with directions.
• Assist with setup and end-of-night breakdown as required.
• Upsell higher-ticket options using product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to fans.
• Set a positive example for the team and offer support.
