Job summary

Relentless Beats is seeking enthusiastic part-time event staff to support on-site operations for upcoming Goldrush events in Arizona. You will assist fans, direct guests, handle lost and found, and help with setup and teardown while maintaining a safe, organized environment.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, customer service experience, and familiarity with ticketing or POS systems. You must be 21+ and able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or another industry role.
• Proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems (as trained).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist upset customers (unless matter must be escalated to manager).
• Work closely with manager of team to ensure all job duties are fulfilled correctly and efficiently throughout the duration of the event.
• Maintain understanding of the festival map and layout.
• Assist guests with directions, lost and found, upgrades, and other tasks as assigned.
• Assist with beginning-of-shift set-up.
• Upsell customers to higher ticket types using knowledge of each type available.
• Assist with end-of-night breakdown as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to fans.
• Set a positive example for the team, providing leadership and support when necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned.
