Relentless Beats is looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to build meaningful brand partnerships, close sponsorship deals, and create unforgettable event experiences. In this role, you’ll lead and support a sales team while also driving your own book of business across our growing portfolio of festivals, concerts, venues, and live entertainment properties. This is a great fit for someone who is energized by live events, confident in front of clients, and motivated by turning creative ideas into revenue‑generating partnerships. You’ll work closely with internal teams to bring sponsor activations to life and help partners connect with audiences in ways that feel exciting, memorable, and on‑brand.
The ideal candidate is a relationship‑driven sales professional who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and keep momentum across multiple deals at once. You know how to listen to what a partner is trying to accomplish, shape a compelling opportunity, and follow through from first conversation to signed agreement and event execution.
